Glycolysis/Pentose Phosphate Pathway
Glycolysis and the pentose phosphate pathway are part of central carbon metabolism and critical for energy production. Glucose is converted into important intermediates that feed into downstream metabolic pathways, including the TCA cycle and oxidative phosphorylation.
This analysis targets 30 metabolites within glycolysis, pentose phosphate pathway, and TCA cycle.
Minimal sample amounts:
- Bodily Fluids (serum/plasma, urine, etc.): 25 μL (50 μL preferred)
- Cells: 1e6 cell pellets
- Tissues: 20 mg (50 mg preferred)
- Feces: 30 mg
